I searched online for a cash advance loan and tried Fund Assurance but did not complete the application process as this was a payday loan requiring employment information and I am retired so I voided the application form without completion. On November 3rd my bank statement showed a $30.00 charge from Fund Assurance which I did not authorize or was even knowledgeable of such a charge. When I called Fund Assurance I was told I was enrolled in their program?? What program? I was very upset and demanded an immediate refund as I did not enroll in any program or received any services from them - I didn't even complete the loan application process when I deleted their website. Needless to say, I have yet to receive any refund.
