you have took £79.95p out of my account without my authourisation,and i want it debited back into my account with immediate effect, or i will see my solicitor and take the matter further, you have 48 hrs, to put my money back in my account, its cost me my home,as i failed to pay my rent because you stole my money, which is theft and i.d fraud. once you have refunded me my money, that will be the end of the matter, if not trades and standards will hear about this and ill be forced to sue for daamages this has caused me. thank you. julie mckenna
