There was an offer for a free sample of the product, except for my responsibility of shipping of $4.95.
I was out of town when my product arrived a with the death of my father when the product arrived.
I called the company to explain my situation they were very understanding and said I would be given a full refund and could keep the product at no charge,and further shipments would be sent, but if they did I could keep them at no charge.
Currently I'm being charged for the free sample $93.00.I am in the process of disputing the charge. So fingers crossed the free sample will indeed be free.
Watch out for this company, they will not stand behind their promise of free trial. It's not free it's $93.00!!!!
