International boundaries

If you have been a victim of gold coin fraud by Regal Assets-Tyler Gallagher, Swiss America-Craig Smith, Rosland Capital-Martin Aleksov, Lear Capital-Kevin Demeritt, Hunterwise- Fred Jager, Harold Martin, Everest Wealth Partners- Capital Gold Group-Jonathan Rose, American Advisor-Goldline International-Lisa Weedman, you may have legal rights and remedies against the precious metal dealer.
If you have leveraged precious metals, purchased bullion coins, or even rare gold coins and experienced any of the following, you may have legal solutions that you should consider:

• Losses in leveraged, margined, financed transactions in precious metals.
• Receiving a different coin than what you were told.
• Being guaranteed that your gold coin will increase in value.
• Being charged a penalty fee for canceling your order.
• A dealer not buying gold coins back / charging you an extremely high fee to do so.
• Been moved or "swapped" from one product to another. These dealers have a 30%-35% commission/mark-up on their coins, resulting in an immediate loss of 30%-35% on the value of your money/investment. If swapped, or moved out of the original product purchased and into another, that transaction results in an additional commission/markup of 30%-35%. On a purported $1,000 coin, a commission/markup of 30%, results in the immediate actual value of your coin being $700; without any downward market move, if moved/swapped to a different product, the new purchased product carries an additional 30% commission/markup, the immediate actual value of the new coin is $490. Without any downward market move, over half of your initial investment has gone into the pockets of the dealer as commission. Worst of all, the market price must now increase over 100% in order to breakeven, on your initial investment.

More attention is being given to unscrupulous companies and gold fraud claims by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), United States Congress, and many U.S. Representatives. However, coin dealers are still basically unregulated, and consumers need to beware.
