Took up an offer of a trial of the product, was charged just the shipping in December 2014. Received the products, were useless and didn't even take them. Unknown to me they charged $110 to my credit card on the 10/01/15 and another $113 on 13/02/15 as well as a $3 conversion rate to US dollars. Received nothing at all other than the initial trial products. Have cancelled credit card to stop them drawing any more on my account and instigated fraud investigation through the National Australia Bank on the 14/02/15.
I'm a single parent with no savings and they have cleaned out my account basically. Have no money and three girls to feed, fraud investigation will take at least 45 days with an uncertain outcome
