I signed up for the 3 day trial @ $2.95 on Saturday, February 7, 2015. After viewing the site and deciding it was not adaquate for my needs and notified you that I wanted to cancel the service on Monday, February 9, 2015 expecting to have my credit card billed for the $2.95 3-day trial rate. Now, looking at my credit card statement I find you billed me for the $2.95 for the 3-day trial on 2-11-2015, as expected, but you also charged me on 2-9-2015 for $19.95!!!! I only ordered the 3-day trial and canceled it after 2 days........Why did you charge me the $19.95 charge for a whole month????
I am expecting that you will go back and remove the $19.95 charge as quickly as possible and make sure that it is not set up for a recurring charge going forward. Please find below information you may need to credit the proper account.
