I had ordered a pair of shoes for $16.41 and $12.27 shipping. I placed this order in November 2014. In the middle of Dec. I had inquired about my order by e-mail and was e-mailed back stating that it would take 15 to 45 days.
I waited over the 45 days to inquire again. I was then offered a $15.00 refund or I could pay $12.00 to have the order reshipped. This was unacceptable. I e-mailed back, "I had already payed for shipping and the refund didn't even cover the price of the shoes." I, also, still wanted my order and told them as such. The next e-mail said, what if they refunded me the entire $16.41, like they were doing me an enormous favor. So, I had to remind them, again, I had paid for my order with shipping and I was expected them to fill that order and ship it to me. As of 02/13/2015 I still have not received my order.
As long as they keep e-mailing me, I'm going to insist that they fill my order and send it to me.
It sounds like they have quite a racket going. I told them that very thing and "I'm still expecting my order."

sounds like my story ordered about total around $28 read the pages said 15 so days to ship expediated shipping would of cost as much or more as my order so would not of had a bargin so did standard shipping. been over 30 days now I contacted last week and basically they said it can take 45 or more. I have commented on this on their adds on facebook which the company does not appreciate as they do not fully notify about the additional costs and never to be had orders. I will be contacting again soon.
