I ordered sunglasses from this website. First, they took about 2 weeks to arrive. Once I did receive them, I was appalled by the poor quality. The logo was rubbed off, the lenses were smeared, the hinges were loose. Overall, they were very poor quality. I went on the website and looked at the return policy and it stated "As to quality problems or mistaken version, please take photos of the items and send them to us. We take full responsibility if quality problems are concerned." I sent the company an email and included pictures of the quality problems. They responded and said that I would be allowed to return them but I would have to pay for return shipping and there would be a very good chance that they would not make it to them. I responded disagreeing, their return policy stated that they would take full responsibility as far as quality problems are concerned. When I brought this to their attention, they brushed it off and continued to insist that I keep the cheap, unwearable sunglasses or I pay for return shipping. Eventually, I demanded a refund and they said they would check with their supervisor. When they didn't get back to me after a week, I emailed them, and they came back saying the same exact thing as before. Now, they will not even reply to my emails.
