I bought a home from Y RENT in December 2013 that was supposed to be completely renovated. 2 weeks after moving in the problems started. The basement flooded, leaks from the skylight, sewer backups, drafts from every window and most doors. The home is very cold during the winter. I had 2 different heating techs come in and they said the piping isnt adequate and it will always be cold unless i redo all the piping in the walls. It's a multi family home. I'm having problems keeping tenets because the home is cold and the various repairs that keep coming up. I'm $12,000 in debt, and that doesn't include changing the piping in the walls. Beware of this company even though I had a home inspection done before moving in I'm still having major problems that the home inspector wasnt able to catch.
