I had forgotten my password to pc so i googled password recovery and prosoft3d popped up for $9.95 you can purchase a password recovery software. So i purchased it but could not get it to download so the have told me 3 times they were gonna refund my card, well come to find out they charged my card $19.95 so i emailed them back again and told them this is is i will give you 3 days to refund my card $19.95 are i will dispute it with credit card company. Well i got an email back explaining to me the overcharge was a error and this time they gave me a reference # and said they will be sending me a confirmation once refund is processed. So we will see
