on 2/5/15, tom anderson 518 6184577, notified me that i was approved for a $6000 loan. he stated i would have to verify repayment obligations through a good faith payment of $245. after securing a loaded prepaid card in the amount of $245 sent to: t-mobile in pleasanton, ca, receiving code 1207, account number 4000461070223652, and within 15 minutes after transaction completed, $6245 will be deposited into my checking account. Under this agreement, i complied, but no deposit took place. transaction still incomplete
