i was trying to call my bank in the philippines but unfortunately a call center here in the US answered my call. they offered me a $100 gift card just to try their promotions, and they said there will be a 15day trial. and after that, i can cancel it anytime i want to. that happened last dec.2014. that is why the following month i was charged $19.95, and now i wanted to cancel it but i could not reach them anymore! plz. help!!!
