I was reading an article on Ellen DeGeneres anti-aging secret. The article/product had a "Good Housekeeping" logo at the top and appeared to be indorsed by Dr. Oz. I clicked on the offer that said "Free Trial". Next thing I know I got a charge of $239.80 on my Credit Card (it should have only been the shipping and handling). I immediately called Ojas Enterprises IE :Wrinkless Cream/Ayur Cream" to request a refund. They refused saying I was past the "15 day trail" period (what 15 day period). They also said I was automatically placed on an auto shipment and would need to cancel to prevent further shipments and charges. I contacted my Credit Card and disputed the charge. My Credit Card received a refusal on 2/3/15 from "Wrinkless Cream" to refund my charge. I'm still fighting this, but it appears to be an uphill battle. A reputable company would NOT need to use such deceitful tactics! I'm going to contact the BBB, consumer affairs, and any other agency I can research! READ THE FINE PRINT!
