The company has a no refund policy. Only problem is they don't say anything about it as they process you through the cash register at the time of purchase. When we tried to return unworn shoes two days later, they showed us the no return policy sign on the counter between the cash register machines, never mind it was not visible or readable due to shoes and boxes on top of it. They had to push those aside then I could read it. So they declined to give a refund only store credit.
