REFUSED TO REFUND ME $62 THAT I PURCHASED FOR GROUND TRANSPORTATION FEES IN A VACATION PACKAGE TO ST. THOMAS. THE GTC WOULD HONOR ORBITZS' VOUCHER WHEN I GOT TO THE AIRPORT IN ST. THOMAS. THEY SAID THAT ORBITZ PUT THE WRONG ZONE ON THE VOUCHER. CALLED ORBITZ WHEN I GOT HOME AND THEY FLATOUT REFUSED TO MAKE ANYTHING RIGHT. I GUESS THE THINK ITS OK TO JUST STEAL $62 FROM ME. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM THEY ARE CROOKS.
