We get these packages (we haven't opened any)and we keep calling this company, meanwhile our bank account keeps getting billed. Not sure how this started, my wife is the e-cig person, but has called many times to stop this process, to no avail. I finally went to my bank am trying to reverse charges and had new debit cards issued.
