Similar to previous complaints, I applied for an Esta Visa form for myself- cost $14. Two days later I applied for my wife and have been charged $140. Initially I just thought it was a typo- but my credit card company say they have many complaints such as this and may apply for a default refund. This is obviously a serious scam, which amounts to fraud, and I intend to pursue this very hard, through trading standards etc.
