The caller was Hindu accent and very difficult to understand. The call had static on the line and I could hear a beep like I was being recorded. After much time I got that a complaint had been filed against me by I think FEMA case(I thought he was saying female KIDS then KEYS then got CASE) for violations and needed to respond to the letters that had been sent to my home (Nothing was sent and he had my first name only). He said ignoring the letters was a serious offense. He said they were very serious charges. I said repeatedly I could not understand him and had no understanding of what he was talking about. I asked for a contact to call back a person or supervisor. I was given Steve Parker at 202-241-8342 to call. He said that he was the FEMA Vaccination officer. I had him spell it. I did a reverse look-up on the phone number and it came up Ymax Communications Mobile in DC. The Call came from 202-241-8335 Washington DC also came up YMax Communications Mobile in DC.
