I have lost 10 hours of driving lessons as when I have rearranged the times and days due to not having child care, my instructor did not inform me once that it had to be 48hours notice not 24! He took all my vouchers at the begging and cashed them in so was not bothered about weather I new or not as he already had the money he was rude nasty and always shouting I would like to get my money back as it is a lot and I can't afford to pay this out again and if I was given the information from the start I would of known to call 48 hours before
