I ordered what looked like on their Web site a beautiful formal pantsuit for my daughter's wedding on October 25, 2014. I ordered the pantsuit on August 16th, plenty of time to receive it by my daughters wedding. After a month's time I emailed them to make sure my outfit would be here in time. Their response was I needed to pay a rush fee to guarantee it's arrival. I argued with them, telling them I had ordered the outfit in plenty of time to get it without the rush fee, but I felt like they had me between a rock and hard place so I went ahead and charged another hundred dollars to my order. I received the outfit a week before the wedding. It didn't even resemble the outfit that I ordered on their Web site. The material was different, the craftmenship was horrible, it didn't fit and i wouldn't have worn it to walmart, much less to my daughter's wedding. I started right away emailing the contact person from the after5formals to express my dissatisfaction. They said they would refund my money. They immediately started to string me along, saying things like they were waiting for return info from China. This went on for a couple of months, they then stopped answering my emails. I thought that I had just lost all that money, when I noticed that others has had the very same problems I had. I have all the emails between us, if you need them. I also can send photos. Oh they also cut me off their Web site. This company should not be allowed to advertise or sell items on our internet. I would appreciate any and all help you can give me on this very frustrating and hurtful problem.
