I purchased software which is faulty. It does not work at all. They claim the trial is enough to test the premium product, yet premium features are disabled so I could not fully use the product until I paid for it. When I paid for it, it still does not do as it says its supposed to. I cannot use it at all. They promised email support which I never received, just confirmation and receipt emails is all I got. When I purchased the product, I sent an email on the same day of purchase telling them the email software was not working. I got no response.

Thu, Jan 1, 2015 at 8:20 PM was the date of the first email UK time.

The second email was sent on the second day of purchase asking again for help and saying the software is not working.

Fri, Jan 2, 2015 at 10:39 AM was the date of the second email I sent them.

Then I sent a third email asking for help and saying the software was not working. Sat, Jan 3, 2015 at 1:00 AM was the date of the third email I sent.

Then as I got more annoyed at not hearing from them, I sent yet a fourth email on the same day with "Please answer me" in the subject line. Sat, Jan 3, 2015 at 1:52 PM - was the fourth email sent by me.

I heard nothing from them and then on Sat, Jan 3, 2015 at 2:23 PM I got an email from PayPal to acknowledge my dispute query with the company I bought this defective not fit for purpose and not as described software from.

On their website [wwwflashemailcastcom] (missed out dots to avoid promoting their shit website) it says a 30 money back guarantee is promised. I only asked for a refund within a week, and they wouldnt give me a refund. Still waiting for PayPal to make a decision although at the moment, they say they cant enforce their 30 day money back guarantee so if PP decides against me, I have no leg to stand on. We'll see what happens.

Don't buy from these cheating scumbags. The software does not work. Its really 'buggy' in that it crashes and cant handle basic tasks. You cant use it at all.

Recently I have purchased an email marketing software tool from approvedworkfromhome.com/pommo/discount.php and its a better system that works perfectly. Plus I can use it free and send 100 emails a day, or unlimited amounts if I buy the software, which I did through paypal.
