I called Capital One to inquire about a charge on my credit card bill that I did not make or authorize to Gr Assist.org for 57.93 on October 17th. The customer service Representitive "Don" from Capital One called Grant Assist customer service representitive "Josh" and put him on speaker phone. he stated I agreed to pay a monthly fee of $57.93 for 4 months in the terms of agreement! I stated I did no such thing!He said He would agree to reimbure me one of the three payments I had already made of $57.93! I was not aware that They had taken 3 withdrawels from my credit card! I explained that I was on disability.I was very sick with ms and had been in and out of the hospital. Isaid that I had worked for 26 yeard supervising homes for developmentally and physically disabled people but due to my own disability I could no longer continue my work so I ordered the CD to try to help write Grants from home to get them the funding they needed for the equipment and services they required. when i ordered it I spoke to someone from their site and at no time was i told of a monthly charge of any kind. the "representitive from Grant Assist" "Josh", did not want to hear what I had to say. So I told him that maybe I will go to channel five "Shame on you" and tell them what happened to make sure they get the news out there to other people to ensure no one else is "ripped off" or "taken advantage of". I told him I cannot afford for companies like his to take money from me as I barely make it from check to check on disability.The representitive 'Don from Capital One than said to representitive fron Grant Assist , "Josh" "You will be reimbursing the 57.93? He then said he was not going to reimburse any money to me, that he was just going to do that as a courtesy, but now that I say I'm going to channel five news, he will not give me anything. Capital One Rep "Don" then said to Grant Assist Rep "Josh" "you will cancel charges to Ms Zekaj's acct? "Josh responded, "yes" charges, will discontinue immediately. "Don fron Capital One asked me if I wanted a fraud investigation to be started for the charges and my account to be changed so no charges can be made? I said yes and this will be started immediately. I will also make them aware of this site and the numerous complaints made against this company.
