I managed to catch the scam before entering my credit card information, and I'm not sure how this site works, but the aforementioned website is one of the many change of address websites that are scamming people out of money with a charge of $40. I caught on when going through the site the moment that the site asked for my credit card information for a "one time small fee" of $40. I've changed my address with a paper form before, and I know that that's free. I personally didn't lose any money, I just wanted make sure you guys knew about this site as well.
