who simply market the website on Google, GENERATE Clients- and simply refuse to pay the outstanding arrears- after the service is provided.
We believe this is friendly fraud- the client has received the full benefits of the service, exposure on Google, alongside visits and clicks- yet after receiving all the benefits- is refusing to pay and has cut all communications with our company

We have tried to resolve issues, however we are finding it very hard to communicate with someone who is rejecting our emails and calls.
