We bought Stores Online software, it was working fine then they updated the software and it never worked correctly again.
It was supposed to have several SEO tools that never worked again. I contacted the company several times by phone and email. I always got the same response they would contact me when the problem was fixed. I never heard back from them. I contacted them again several times, same answer, same result. Later I talked to someone who told me they bought the software with absolutely no intention of maintaining it.
I finally gave up on ever trying to contact the company about fixing anything.
