We paid for a premium trade directory account, & we contacted some of the suppliers they had listed on this but it turns out the adds are fake, & the wholesale had been asking them to remove the fake adds.
We have wasted a lot of money & far more time than we wanted to to find this out.
esources.co.uk is very uncooperative with regards resolving issues.
We asked a questions about an add & gave them evidence of a product add from a major compnay & the company told us it was a fake add & they did not advertise in the esources.co.uk trade directory & the contact details were fake, after this esources ridiculously stated that the company manager in charge of advertising for creative distribution ltd (UK)was wrong & that they did have an add with registered on esources.
eSources.co.uk are a waste of money & time BE WARNED!
We intend to claim our money back.

You sent us the same claims repeatedly, and we forwarded you the original message from the MD of the supplier you have repeatedly tried to get to trade with you. You then replied admitting that you could not meet their MOQ. We are not a substitute for sound business strategy, we simply offer the largest database of verified sources on the web. The fact that some sources will not trade with you due to your business size doesn’t put us at fault.
We simply offer a LOT of choice, for your benefit as your business grows. Rather than accusing us because your business isn’t ready to trade with a specific supplier, you should make full use of the unlimited custom sourcing support that is included with your membership.
We understand being refused by a supplier can be frustrating, it is part of business. Our role is to direct you to all the options you require to start trading, especially when a supplier is unwilling to deal with you. -
