By far the most DESPICABLE company ever. The contractors are shady to say the least and the owner well it just gets better. He never returns phone calls and you can ever leave a message as his voicemail is always full. Workmanship what I can tell you. Home models and villas are better built in a third world country. They will inconvenience and delay as they are incompetent as they do not have the manpower nor the proper equipment to compete the job in a timely manner. You can take that extended vacation if need be. Do not kid yourself if you are getting a premium built home in terms of materials used. The materials that are used are just enough to pass the regulation code. Even if the client pays the company for top material be rest assured you are going to get the CHEAPEST materials. If you decide to take the risk and use this company make sure you have multiple references and make sure these are legit by examining their built homes and or renovations. Be assured that you will not be meeting professional occupants such as physicians, lawyers, real estate agents and the list goes on. Because no one in their right mind would recommend this company. I wish I should have done my research because the extension that was built for myself was done by the same company. The problem is that the owner JOHN which I am sure to this day is not his real name based on the lawsuits against him nor does he have a website and works from his cell phone and does not have an office location. Clearly put the reason why I utilized this company is through a referral through a friend of a friend. I even had a home inspector after the job was complete and I was advised that not only was the work done unprofessionally but the material used on my home was clearly the cheapest of the cheapest.

GOOD LUCK to you all and do not be surprised if you see them in the paper i.e. Toronto Star, W5 or Marketplace.
