I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Christmas Eve 12/24/14 by 5pm. I usually order from 1800Flowers, but as this is a remote area, they were not delivering in that area. I ordered special for a holiday family party and so timing was critical as I could not attend. I got an email confirm right away. On 12/24 by 1pm , I had not heard anything else, so I called to check on status. Took forever to get someone and when I did, they were rude and just said, "it's Christmas Eve, we are busy, they will be there by 5. Needless to say, the flowers were never delivered and I could not reach them. On 12/26 I called and the girl said their provider in the area had a family emergency and had to close early, that they could not deliver. I informed her that I should have been notified and she was like " Maam, we were closed for the holiday and just found out" Promised me a refund and instead charged me that day, yet sent an email of cancel. I am going to take this higher in hopes they rip nobody else off. They messed with the wrong person. I will take this as far as I can. They are also known as American Roses FYI, as that is what showed on my CC statement.
