Called me and said my computer had a virus and it was going to crash. The man said his name was Sam Carlos and he claimed to represent Microsoft support services. I was to follow his procedure and led me to a site that he took controll of my computer. He said they had a lifetime support services for 199.00 and it would render Technical support Services and Virus protection for my computer. They had me call my credit card and authorize the payment on-line. I called the number that he gave me 604-757-9651 and said they did not send me an email to confirm that I had this service with this Company. I am still waiting to hear from them, I sent an email to them and it came back to me not an email address. I still can't believe that this Company is doing this to people and they are getting away this it. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge.
