I saw a charge on my account for $30.00 that I did not authorize, I called my bank and got the phone number. Called the company and spoke to a representative named "Jayvee", he told me the charge was for an application fee for a payday loan that I did not complete. I don't even recall applying to this company. He then tried to offer me money and told me to "complete my application to receive it". I said "I don't want a loan from your company that is why I didn't complete the application". It took approximately 10 mins to get him to understand that and to give me a time when this charge would be taken off my bank statement.
