I got a letter from above and entered the contest, stating that I wanted a lump sum payment if I was a winner. The original letter states: "we make available to you a Premium offer: $2,500 gift certificate for up to 75% off WOARewards.com...Make your check or money order for $11.89..." This sounded like the offer was definitely OPTIONAL to me. I did not want a gift certificate, etc. So I did not remit any money. A month later I received a second letter that doesn't sound like the original optional offer. My status is in "LIMBO." They are requesting that I must have neglected to remit the money and to please do so. The address on the remit envelope looked like something a foreigner would do. We Americans never put USA under intra-US mail. Also, the letter had an archaic European closing, again telling me these are foreigners. I did not respond to the second letter.
