I was enticed by an ad about product free trial offer and will be charged only for shipping. 2 boxes came and did not open the packages. on 11/4 my credit card was already charged $ 99.73 and $ 94.56. I called the toll free number right away and I explained that I never used the product and I want to return them. I returned both products at the same time. Luckily the $ 94.56 was refunded already. I called 3 times to follow up on the refund of $99.73, I was told that it is in the process of being looked at. I tried to call again yesterday at 888-506-8718 and the number was unavailable. Today I called again and the recording was it is no longer in service. I notified my bank and hopefully they can help me with this charge.
