Thought I was dialing into Apple Support with the phone #1-800-832-5456. Customer support went into my computer (which you have to allow) and then told me I had several viruses and showed me my Mac Console read outs that appeared to be jibberish then stated I no virus support and outdated software on my MacBook Pro. After they quoted me 3 levels of support from $199 to $399, I asked if this was Apple Support, and then they indicated they were not. So I exited the call; found the correct # for Apple Support waited 15 minutes on an Apple Tech support line, and found out after working with Apple Tech Support that I had zero viruses. What Geek Technical Support did was show you your own, normal console readouts that appear to show failures etc, which are not..just normal readings. So obviously baiting through clients unaware of console readouts...and selling their anti-virus; hardware cleaning etc... Scam-a-roo. Beware.
