I ordered shoes from a website, they sent me the wrong shoes. I messaged asking for refund, they suggested part refund and keeping the shoes, I refused as they were horrible and wanted full refund. They asked to send shoes back, I did. I paid for tracked so I knew they would get them. Have not heard from them if they have received them yet and have not received payment for product or extra postage.
