I western unioned them $212.00 for 2 bags. well the day I received them I sent Raquel Wang an email and several pictures showing that what they sent was severely damaged, I asked her for the RMA number to send them back and she said I didn't need one well clearly on there site it says you do. So I refused the package at the post office on november5-2014 I have confirmation that they have received there cheap,torn,ripped bags. And all i am getting is the run around about my refund. they are keeping the merchandise and my money! I'm tired of this they are nothing but scammers.
