I ordered a star for my boyfriend as a present. It has been passed the 5-7 business days that I was supposed to have received the star. I received a conformation number after they took my card number. The number for their customer service line is disconnected and they have not responded to my emails! This is crazy and unfair to people who believe they have ordered a gift and it never comes. Very disappointing. They should be barred by the Better Business Bureau or something. Ridiculous.
