A man with a thick accent called and told me he had an Affadavit with my name on it and needed to read it to me and then get my attorney's information. I told him I believed he was trying to scam me and hung up. He called back and told me it was very time sensitive, I let him read me the "affadavit." He had my full name, birthdate, phone number, and last 4 digits of my SSN. I told him again I didn't believe him and hung up. He then called back and left a message saying how important this was and that he was sending the affadavit to me overnight. I looked up the phone number and found a similar complaint on this website and knew it was a scam.
