Makes unauthorized charges against your credit card and does not provide a human contact to complain and confirm a refund. Automated phone tree is purposely vague and makes additional offers. Business strategy is to ensure you don't cancel and if you try, you can't. There isn't even a way to email a complaint. Only address is for "media" inquiries. These people are clearly crooks and Time Magazine which owns the company is equally complicit in their criminal activities.
