Received a phone call on Saturday, 29th from UTH, EMPLOYEE #2485q323 (JANE). I was told that someone was trying to hack our computer. If I did not do something immediately our computer would never be usable again.

Because I was lead to believe that Microsoft had an affiliation with them, I said "yes" to their scam.

Then I was instruction to make a copy of the letter they composed and sent it to them within 3 days. Which I have not done because the following day I realized the company is a scam.

Also, I was told that this service is guaranteed for a life-time. Then the next day, I was told it was for one year and if I did not fax them a copy for their composed letter, I would have to pay $100.00 and the service would be terminated.

Now an employee by the name of Brian Davis has been called every 5 minutes demanding money and the faxing of their letter This person told my 13 year old daughter to tell her where I was and to give her the telephone number. (I was not home) When I did get home, my daughter was terrified because he has called over 16 times in one hour, plus she thought her was stalking me and would hurt me.

The phone number that they gave me is 510-962-0561. For help 510-962-4561. They only analyze and delete unnecessary files, the same thing you can do through the control panel.

Here is the letter they wanted me to fax to them:
