I ordered a free sample of Raspberry Ketone through Facebook. there wasn't any mention of any charges for the product.

They came highly recommended. Out of the scores of recommendations there wasn't anything negative said about this company or this particular product.

Upon receiving the "free" sample, I found it not to be suitable for me. It didn't seem to be working so I discontinued use.

I began to discover from people around me that the company was in fact taking money from people without notice or consent.

I was asked to submit credit card details for postage and packing of the product (a small bottle of capsule-type tablets).

At no time did I agree to moving past the "free" sample stage with this product, but I found that the company had taken £95 from my account without my permission, I stress again, I DID NOT agree to move past the "free" sample phase.

I was told by a representative of the company that I had 30 days to return the product - from the time I spoke to the company representative, which was 28/11/2014. I returned it that same afternoon via recorded delivery yet the money was still taken.

I received an email from the company stating that there was nothing they could do as I had not returned the sample in time. This is false as I returned the sample ON THE SAME DAY I spoke to their representative.

I would advise anyone thinking about trying this product NOT TO BOTHER
