I recently discovered that MBM Gourmet Cooking and JBEI Gourmet Rewards have been taking $10 each or $20/mo. out of my checking account since Jan. 17 2014. I'm on a fixed income and couldn't figure out how I kept getting overdrafts from my bank. Dec. 1st I saw my bank teller Marlene from Bank of Hawaii, who alerted me to the fact that another $9.95 was coming out of my account that day and would result in yet another overdraft fee. Tomorrow I will be filing papers with my bank against these charges in my account. Next, I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau, and then my lawyer, to sue these companies for money procured illeagaly, and compensatory damages.
