RETAINED CCI SERVICES TO FIND A NANNY FOR 3 WEEKS IN JUNE. APRIL AND MAY CHARGES OF $39 PER MONTH WERE FINE. NANNY FOUND. CCI CONTINUED TO BILL MY CREDIT CARD $39 PER MONTH FOR JUNE THROUGH OCTOBER 2014. WHEN I CALLED THEY CLAIMED I AGREED TO THESE CHARGES. WHY WOULD I AGREE TO PAY FOR A SERVICE I DID NOT NEED? THEY REVERSED ONLY OCTOBER CHARGES. I ASKED THEM TO SEND ME WHAT I SIGNED, AGREEING TO AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE I KNEW I HAD NOT SIGNED ANYTHING. THEY HAD NOTHING. REFERRED ME TO SOME OBSCURE LANGUAGE ON THEIR WEBSITE. THIS IS A SCAM OPERATION!!
