I was offered a free gift from this company, whilst buying a voucher from groopie. I had to pay p&p £1.97. This was completed on the 14.11.14. On the 2411/14 the sum of £79.95 was taken from my account by the above named company. When I complained to my bank they informed me I had been scammed. All they could do was stop any further payments to this company. They gave me the telephone number which I rang, this was a contact centre in the USA. They were of no use whatsoever and said they had no account details in my name. I've had to cancel the card in case they do try to take any money from my account. I have now got their address details so I will now write to them to try and get my money refunded.

I complained in writing but have not had a reply, any legitimate company would have acknowledged my letter
