I bought an Old West Cookbook online; and was inadvertently enrolled in 2 online sources for recipes or something. the other charge is made by JBEI "Gourmet Reward". I never used either as I wasn't aware I had memberships.
Unfortunately, I didn't recognize all those charges to my credit card because I allow a grandchild to use my account. Once I realized the charges were mine, I called to cancel; but was told only the latest charges would be reversed. I feel all three months of 2 $9.95 charges should be refunded.
I've asked for proof that I was informed of my enrollment and am waiting for a "supervisor" to return my call. That little booklet has become very expensive!
