I ordered two jackets from a site called michellethroughthelens.com, when the site actually loads it says
nehemiahvancity.com, one of them was womens barbour rainbow international jacket bright brass blue and the other one was a womens barbour union jack international jacket which was available in black or red on the site, I ordered a red one. They posted two jackets to me which arrived within two weeks but, I only received one of the jackets I ordered the blue one, the other jacket is nothing like the one I ordered and is light grey. They arrived on the 7th November 2014, I emailed them the same day to say The order was wrong and I would like the jacket I ordered not the grey one they had sent, I have sent over 20 emails explaining to them I do not want the jacket they sent, I would like to have either the red jacket I ordered or a navy wax barbour international jacket . I would like them to have the jacket they sent by mistake back, they have admitted that it was their mistake but after over 12 emails back almost begging me to keep the grey jacket which I do not like and did not order, the emails have started of at 5% refund if I keep the grey jacket to 35% refund which was on Friday 21st November. I HAVE EXPLAINED over and over again I did not order or do not want to keep this jacket their mistake !
