The phone listing on back of bottle of Garcinia and that my charge card had for the input of the charge were the same 877-687-6823. Their working hours to answer the phone are 6 AM - 10 PM M-F and weekends 6 A - 6 P. My charge card rep put all of us into a 3-way recorded call with the rep, Jamal at Garcinia. I ordered from a TV paid add showing Dr.OZ and referencing these products to loose weight without dieting and to loose belly and thigh fat especially. I never went on-line and had nothing to read during this ordeal when placing the order with "Tony", because in my line of work I am used to noting everyone's name and reference numbers and if there are call reference numbers for people like in their computer ordering systems. I was told I was receiving a free bottle of the SuperGarcinia and another part of the special "deal" was a bottle of Super Green Coffee for only the shipping cost of each bottle of $4.95 each. There was no phone notation or request from Tony during the call telling me they would be able to continue to charge me the full price of any product after a 14-day trial period if I had not called them back to cancel my business with them. No one said anything about I would be charged $79.95 for the Super Garcinia and $79.53 for the Super Green Coffee in any shape or form because he kept referring to these products as once being "free". During the 3-way call, "Jamal" who stated he only worked for the PR and advertising at another firm and didn't work for these two companies said because I had opened the products they could not be returned and he could not refund on their behalf. I told him I was not sending back anything at all with any kind of retocking allowance to get any kind of lesser refund and threatened to go as high as the Attorney General of my state and of California if I had to and he began to offer me a small discount of $35 refund, then up to $50 refund and finally when I kept on he offered to give me a Confirmation Number I should write down guaranteeing I could receive a full refund of only for the Super Garcinia of $79.95 to be credited back onto my charge card in a few days which the charge card rep also advised he was noting all the info too. I asked for the working hours of this company and his address. He answered he was in the exact same location so I asked him to transfer me to his comrad who could represent a refund for the Green Coffee company and he said they were closed for me to call the number on the back of their bottle tomorrow to try to explain my dissatisfaction. He also told me during the conversation he had detailed reference numbers that I did not place the original order on 10-31-14 on the phone but did it on-line and had to have read the warning of the 14-day cancellation clause on-line. I told him I could have my cell phone carrier pull the records that my order was placed via the phone to go to the Attorney General with and that is what caused him to offer a full refund. He tried to talk so fast no one on their own without the back-up of your charge card or bank card rep who kept asking along with me also could have been able to note all Jamal was spouting when he confirmed giving me back $79.95. He hung up. My charge card rep verified I have enrolled with their services enabling to block someone they recognize during the call as "scam artists" and they have blocked anymore charges to ever come in from this organization's way of charging on my card. He tried to call the number on their end for the charge of the Green Coffee of 855/844-5701 and also the number of 888/890-8464 from the back of the bottle and reached exactly the same recorded voice that they were closed on the weekend. He recommended that I try again with the charge reps help on Monday to go through this all again to get the $79.53 back also for the Green Coffee. I can go on-line to my cell phone numbers called and print out the date and time and number for the order and am copying this note and I will be going as high and as far as I have to so that other people do not fall for the same scam and telling them how to persist and get a Confirmation number of a refund. Now this may never occur but I will continue this if I have to because Jamal is in the same building and suite as the companies and just didn't take the next call coming in from my charge card rep because he figured it was me again. I am also attempting to reach Dr. Oz and the TV network his program is on and state I want him to begin and end his show with a warning against using his face, pictures, name about these type of products. I hope this helps anyone else in the same situation and we must all remember free is never free in these days and times.
