I ordered a MENS moose knuckle grey w/black fur jacket and they sent me a WOMENs black w/white fur... I sent the jacket back looking to get a refund and they promised a 15% discount coupon and a full refund including shipping fees.
Well... They refunded me $100 less than what I paid because they told me that I received the item that I ordered... This means they made me pay for freight. What the hell?! I have the receipts and the sku numbers in my email wtf... It says in their policy that if they mess up the order I get a full refund. I forward them email chats and all the receipts and proof of the mess up and they simply don't care.
I call customer service and she tells me there is nothing she can do and that I need to email the sales department. FYI they never respond plus they do not have phone contact. Customer service lady tells me that she will forward me in emails that she sent to the sales department and never does. I call to check up and she tells me that she's busy with other customers and immediately hangs up on me.. Are u serious?! Am I not a freaking customer too?
Truly a scam. Never buy anything from 123mountain EVER!
