I ordered a "woolen" jacket. It was actually fleece. I ordered a 4XL but received a medium. Not that I could tell, because the size tag had been cut out. Their customer service department blamed it on me - said they would not have cut the size out. But THEY were correct and not me because the SKU matched what I ordered.
