I ordered a pair of UGG boots November 8. When I went back into the website I noticed there is absolutely no information on the company no phone no address provided to contact. There was an email address but every time I tried it it bounced back as being not real. My account has already been charged and there is really no recourse I haven't getting the money back. When I check the order it still says processing and no information beyond that. This company is a scam and I will never purchase anything from there again. It's too good to be true as they say it is.
