Recorded message stated this was the final notice from the Criminal Investigation Department of IRS, IRS services, informing me they were filing a law suit against me and to call 929-800-2849 for details, which turns out to be Ymax Corporation in New York City. Not only called my cell but there was a message on my answering machine for my home hard line. People beware of that recording and number.
